User Profile - Manual Accepio
In the Profile module, you set your personal and company details that are used throughout the application and in your price quotes.
Personal Details
In this section, you enter:
- first name and last name,
- position (for example, sales representative, managing director),
- email address,
- phone number.
These details may also appear in price quotes as the contact information of the person who created the price quote.
Company Details
Company details include:
- company name,
- address,
- website,
- company identification numbers (Company ID, Tax ID, VAT ID),
- information about whether you are a VAT payer.
If you have the PREMIUM version and your website is filled in, your own website may be displayed in PDF price quotes instead of the Accepio page address.
System Settings
In this section, you configure:
- currency (for example EUR, USD, CZK),
- price input method (including VAT or excluding VAT),
- system language,
- date format,
- decimal and thousands separators,
- paper format (A4 or Letter).

In addition to the Profile, the application also includes other configuration sections.
Foreign Currencies
Here you manage the list of currencies you use in price quotes.
Languages
You can manage the languages you use and create your own custom translations of texts that are printed in price quotes.
Units of Measure
In this section, you define the units of measure used for products (for example pcs, m, hr).
Price Quote Statuses
You can:
- create statuses,
- edit them,
- change their order using drag & drop,
- assign custom colors to them.
Properly configured price quote statuses are the foundation for a clear Kanban board and accurate sales statistics.
